I changed the timing belt in my pathfinder and when I put things back together it was missing changed plugs and wires and do not want to change the cap and rotor until I find out what else I can do.

If I recall correctly on that V-6 the valves can hit the pistons if you turn the engine over with the timing belt off or in the wrong position.

What I would do is find out which cyl is missing and check the compression. If that checks ok then double check for spark on that cyl. (presume you did that already)

BTW, if you used anything besides NGK plugs I would seriously consider going back to OEM just to eliminate future issues.
