have misfire on #2 on cold start up run fine after

Has it ever been tuned up? That is a good place to start. If the ignition system is OK, I would look for a leaking injector maybe.

yes 20000 mi a go there think it could be a stuck valve

Install a fuel pressure gauge and watch tosee how fast the pressure drops. It should drop 3 to 5 pounds in about 10 minutes. (I think) Always look for an easier repair first. A fuel injector is easier and less expensive than a valve. Lots of parts stores have a loan a tool program.
