REPLACED LEAKING POWER STEERING LINE NOW NO POWER STEERING
REPLACED LEAKING POWER STEERING LINE NOW NO POWER STEERING FILLED UP RESERVOIR HAD A LITTLE BETTER STEERING NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS PRIOR TO LINE LEAKING BUT HAD SOME POWER, FIRED UP NEXT MORNING AND NOW I HAVE ZERO POWER STEERING PLEASE HELP?

Sounds like to me you may have another leak somewhere or you may have a bad power steering pump. Also please inform us on more info about the car so it will be able to help us diagnose the problems better. Info like year, make, model, milage, motor size, any prior or recent work done to it.

Sandman may be onto something but before condemning the pump be sure the tank is full, work the wheel back and forth a few times, then check again. Once you are sure there's no air in the system and it's full you can evaluate things. You may also want to hose it off and check for leaks in a day or so to make sure you got them all.

Back to the possibility of a bad pump, if you ran it dry for any serious length of time you may have burned it up internally. Typically the oil will have that burned smell even after filling it with fresh fluid.
