RE: bmw transmission
Hello, The inventory of used BMW transmissions and engines at Automotix changes by the hour so call or email us and we will do the searching for you. We will provide you the right used engine or transmission the first time, every time. We have an extensive network of salvage yards so that we have the used engine or transmission you need at a savings that can't be beat. We track the parts coming in on a daily basis so there is no guesswork with our inventory. Finding the used truck or car engine you need with ease happens because of our network of dismantlers (wrecking yards) and salvage yards. Search our catalog and our online mall for that used BMW engine, or hard-to-find used auto transmission. Give us a call if you don't find exactly what you are looking and we will find it for you. Our 90-day price guarantee and 1-year warranty on all parts ordered through Automotix is the icing on the cake.

RE: bmw transmission
Automatic or standard?
What do you mean by, “Won’t change on 4th.” Won’t go into 4th or goes into 4th and won’t come out?
Is the “Check engine” or “Service engine” light coming on?

Let us know & We’ll try to help.
Thanks, Garner

RE: bmw transmission
Ok,It is mileage change programmer ,is it right?
OPPS has been designed for encoding, individualising and programming ( CIP) via the Software Service Station (SSS) and envisaged for use as part of the BMW diagnostic system (DIS) from DISPlus and Group Tester One (GT1). It is intended for testing and programming tasks from the E65 series, taking the place of the diagnostic head.
BMW OPPS is professional diagnostic tool for BMW car ,is this tool for your car? if so ,you can use if ,maybe it is ok.

RE: bmw transmission
I have a 88 325 and automatically. I want to convert to 5 speed. there's a total 5,325 at the speed of junkyard. I just saw the key in any 5-speed transmission into and through the pedal or is there some parts that i need to buy to accomplish this?

RE: bmw transmission
The other morning I went to move my car and it wouldn't even go into gear! Transmission light came on and my engine light came on. I just had it at the dealership 2 months ago to have it the alternator replaced and belts that had worned down.
