Feul System/wiring problems
I just replaced my feul pump, which i presumed to be my original problem, but it still doesnt prime (except for occasionally) and my engine wont start. I think it might be a wiring problem, but i would really appreciate some constructive ideas on what to look at.

RE: Feul System/wiring problems
It would be pretty rare that a fuel pump doesn't "prime" as you put it, considering it's probably inside the tank and below the level of the fuel. IOW, if it runs you probably have fuel. The only way to prove your theory is to use a fuel pressure gauge to see what's actually happening.

A bit more theory on the operation of the pump. It should run for roughly 2 seconds when you first turn the key on (you may be able to hear it with a good ear) and it should also run while cranking the engine. Obviously it will run when the engine runs.

I'm not real familiar with this vehicle otherwise I would give you more details.
