1998 saab 900
I have a freind who has a 1998 saab 900 turbo 4cyl automatic. she pulled the fuses looking to find a bad one. so she pulled the srs fuse, and the srs light came on. I tried to disconnect the battery and it did not work. I did some research and every where I turned, it said take it to the dealer. Is there a way to reset the srs light? thanks

Why was she looking for a bad fuse to start with? To clear codes it looks like you would need the factory scantool. However you may try disconnecting the battery and connect the two battery cable ends together. This will discharge any capacitors in any control modules that may be storing power and saving memory codes.
