I have 1999 Toyota Corolla, I currently replace both left and right front new pads and rotors. A week past, I have a problem, when i press the brakes, I have a pulsates or a vibration at 40 miles per hr. what problem you think is causing it?

It sounds like rotors out-of-round. If the rear are disc you may check them. However if the steering wheel is shaking then it is the front. Warranty the front rotors.

The rotors need to be machined or turned on a lathe. If the tolarance is to low the rotors have to be replaced.
