Oil gauge reset

Hi!

I own a 2008 Mercedes c 300 4-matic with 30,000 miles.

I have a friend of mine (owns a garage) change my oil and neither his mechanic or myself knows how to "reset" the oil gauge.

Help!! Every time I start the engine it comes on telling me I'm over my mileage.
