Sad Remove rear engine mount
I have a 1999 toyota corolla ce, how do you remove the rear engine mount. I want to replace a new one, because, the old one has a tear & wear. It Jerk a little when reverse. This is a automatic transmission.

RE: Remove rear engine mount
Not too familiar with this car but I suspect it's the one directly in the center tied to a bracket near the trany.

What I would do is get the car up on the jack stands and using a block of wood to spread the load, support the oil pan or bell housing area while you swap out the rubber mount. Good chance you only need to raise things up an inch or so to clear everything and you might not even have to disconnect the exhaust.

Since you will be moving the engine I would also disconnect the battery while you work.
