RE: 2004 PT Cruiser Door Chime comes on when all doors are closed
Either one of the doors is not closing all the way or one of the door swithes is not working properly.

Obviously the first thing to check is for a door not fully closed. The next thing would be to locate the little switch on each door and add a small shim of cardboard with tape to the place on the door where it hits. Once you locate which door it is and look closely for the differences it will be easy to either replace the switch or come up with something more secure than a piece of cardboard.

Be aware that most of these door switches have a "button head" on them and sometimes it wears off or breaks so the switch doeos not fully depress as the door closes. Other times the door itself is damaged and does not fully seat against the switch. Either way, just figure out which door it is and go from there.

You state that it happens sometimes while braking or when turning right. You might also take a look at the wires that attach to the door switches and check if there are any sections of insulation missing (chaffed wired), though it is most likely a door switch a chaffed wire can cause major headaches.
