Heads light won't close
Hi i have a grand-cherokee 1998 limited edt. V8 5.8L. When i arrive home tonight , i turn my lights off , then my truck and my lights still on i check the relay seems ok but i'm still unable to close my light what's the problems ? Wink

The relay inside the car (top center of the relay panel) is for the auto-headlight control. Pulling that out only helps if this is related to that circuit. There is something called DRL (Daytime Running Lights) module near the battery and under the fuse block. It may be the problem or it could be the BCM (Body Control Module) holding the lights on. If you pull the DRL module and that solves the problem then you know what needs replacing. If that doesn't help then you will need to makek a trip to someone who can flash the BCM... possibly the dealer or a garage with a high end scaner. There is no DIY fix for BCM issues.
