noises on the power steering column

Sad noises on the power steering column
I have a 1993 honda accord, every time the engine is running, when i turn my wheel to the left or to the right i have a noise on the steering column in the rack & pinon. how do i correct it.Sad

If it's while the car is rolling I would take a look at the CV joints.

If it's while the car is stationary I would look at the condition of the PS fluid. Dark / burned fluid is a sign of a binding rack. (or something else) Before you change the rack I would disconnect the tie rod ends to make sure you don't have a frozen ball joint or strut bearing. If both wheels steer easily while disconnected then that part is probably ok.
