It is below the right headlight, behind the bumper cover.

Thanks Cary Joe York. Was able to go right to it tonight. Now that I have found it...can you tell me the best way to test it ? I am not shure what trips the relay....is that the sensor on top of the thermostat that trips it ? Thanks again for your knowledge.

The relay is controlled by the PCM. I would check the fan motor by appling power to it. If it runs, 90% chance it is the relay. I have replaced dozens of them. I believe the wires going to the motor are black and green. The relay powers (B+) up the fan motor. All you should have to do is apply B+ to the green wire to test the fan motor.
