I tested the ignition switch but wasn't able to get any conclusive results as the car started right up when testing so I decided to go ahead and replace the ignition switch($40) while I already had it taken apart.... and I can now say after 10 days without a no start condition(even in the cold) it is FIXED!!!

Glad to hear that it's fixed. We appreciate you letting us know! So few people take the time to let us know what the "fix" was. Stop by the next time you have a question.
